ShopPro AI (“ShopPro,” “we,” “us”) builds websites and phone-answering services for independent auto repair shops. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it. ShopPro AI is operated by Sam Berry in Abilene, Texas.
The short version: we collect only what we need to run the service we were hired to do. We do not sell your information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with anyone for marketing purposes, ever.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to two groups:
- Shop owners and prospective clients who contact us, receive a proposal, or become a ShopPro client.
- Visitors to shopproai.io who browse the site or send us an email.
If you are a customer of a repair shop that uses ShopPro, the shop is responsible for its own relationship with you. We process information on that shop’s behalf, under their direction, and their own privacy practices apply to your relationship with them.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Information about your shop that you share so we can build or run your service — hours, services offered, staff names, service area
- Anything you choose to include in an email, text, form, or phone call with us
Information collected automatically
- Standard web log data when you visit shopproai.io — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page
We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data from this website.
3. How we use information
- To respond to you when you get in touch
- To build, deliver, support, and improve the services you hired us for
- To send service-related messages — scheduling, updates, billing, and support
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
4. Mobile information and SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messages from ShopPro AI, we use it only to send the messages you agreed to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect any service you have purchased from us.

5. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel) — our client platform, used for messaging, scheduling, and records
- Telecom carriers — to deliver calls and text messages you have asked for
- Payment and accounting providers — to process payments and keep books
- Website hosting providers — to serve this site and any site we build for you
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting requirements. Prospect inquiries are kept only as long as they are useful. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. Security
We use reputable providers, keep credentials protected, and limit access to what is necessary. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we do not collect information we do not need, which is the most effective protection available.
8. Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
- Unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email

9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting current clients will be sent to them directly.
